Delivery
Full delivery destinations, costs and timescales are set out on our Delivery page. Orders are normally handled within one working day. You will receive an email with tracking details once your parcel is on its way. Macam and our delivery partners are responsible for delivering the order to the address given on the order.

We are unable to deliver to PO boxes or British Forces Post Office addresses. Because of logistical difficulties reaching some remote areas, we also cannot deliver to postcodes beginning GY, GBA, GBJ or JE, or to the following postcodes: GX11 1AA, AI 2640, ASCN 1ZZ, BBND 1ZZ, BIQQ 1ZZ, FIQQ 1ZZ, PCRN 1ZZ, SIQQ 1ZZ, STHL 1ZZ, TDCU 1ZZ, TKCA 1ZZ, PR3 1PR, TW1 1DG, NN6 7GW, PR3 0BQ, SG8 7DY, CR3 6SG, JE2 4ER, M19 2AW, M19 2AP.

You will be notified of any difficulty processing your order, or of any cancellation within your order, as soon as we identify it.

Editing and cancelling orders
If you need to change or cancel an order, contact us by phone or email as soon as possible. We will always try to stop an order before it is dispatched, though once a parcel has left us we may not be able to. This does not affect your statutory right to cancel, which is set out below and on our Returns page.

Returns and your right to cancel
We offer a 30-day returns policy for unused and undamaged goods. Return postage is at the customer's cost where an item is returned because you have changed your mind or ordered in error. Where goods are faulty, damaged in transit or not as ordered, we cover the cost of putting it right.

Separately from our own policy, consumers have a statutory right to cancel an order within 14 days of receiving it, for any reason and without giving one. Full details of both, and instructions for returning an item, are on our Returns page.

Product development
As all products are continually being improved, Macam reserves the right to change designs, dimensions, pricing and descriptive matter at any time without notice.

Conformity of goods
We take every care to ensure that the description and specification of our products are correct at the time of publication. Specifications and descriptions of products on this website are intended to give a general description of the products and are not intended to be binding. If you are unsure whether a bag fits your machine, please contact us before ordering and we will confirm.

Stock availability
We aim to display all items currently available and to hold stock of every product while it is active. Occasionally an item will be out of stock, in which case the product page will show it as unavailable.

Prices, customs and import duties
All prices quoted on this website are accurate at the time of publication and are shown in the currency displayed at checkout. UK orders include VAT at the current rate where applicable. Orders dispatched outside the United Kingdom may be zero-rated for UK VAT, and you will be responsible for any customs charges, import duties or local taxes levied once the package reaches its destination country.

Warranty
Macam warrants that goods will be delivered in the quantities ordered and will be free from material defects caused by faulty materials or poor workmanship. If a product develops a fault, please contact us. Nothing in this warranty affects your statutory rights as a consumer, which are not limited to any period stated here.

Disclaimer
Macam Ltd does not seek to exclude or limit liability for death or personal injury arising from its negligence or that of its members, agents, directors or employees or for any fraudulent misrepresentation. To the fullest extent permitted by law and save as provided above, neither Macam Ltd nor any associated company shall be liable to you by reason of any representation, or any implied warranty, condition or other term, or any duty at common law, or under the express terms of the contract, or in negligence (whether on the part of Macam Ltd or any of its members, agents, directors, employees or otherwise) for any indirect special or consequential loss or damage (including but not limited to loss of profit or loss of saving), costs, expenses or other claims for compensation whatsoever which arise out of or in connection with the use of this website, the supply of the products or their use or resale by you.

The limitations of liability in these conditions shall apply equally for the benefit of Macam Ltd and any other associated company of Macam Ltd as if references to Macam Ltd included references to each such associated company.

While Macam Ltd uses reasonable endeavours to ensure that the information on this website is accurate and up to date, it does not give any warranty as to its accuracy or completeness and Macam Ltd will not be responsible for any errors or omissions or for the results arising from the use of such information. While Macam Ltd takes all reasonable steps to ensure a fast and reliable service, it does not guarantee that your use of this website will be interruption or error free and will not be responsible for any disruption, loss of or corruption of any material in transit, or loss of or corruption of material or data when downloaded onto any computer system.

Macam Ltd will not be liable to you or be deemed to be in breach of these Terms or any other contract with you by reason of any delay in performing, or any failure to perform, any of its obligations in relation to the products ordered by you if the delay or failure was due to any cause beyond its reasonable control.

Macam Ltd may assign or transfer any of its rights or sub contract any of its obligations under these Terms to any third party. You may not assign or transfer any of your rights or sub contract any of your obligations under these Terms except with the specific permission in writing of Macam Ltd.

No person who is not a party to these Terms shall have any right to enforce any term under the Contracts (Rights of Third Parties) Act 1999. Nothing in these conditions is intended nor shall affect any of your statutory rights that may not be legally excluded.
