We ship from our unit in Malmesbury, Wiltshire. Orders are normally handled within one working day, and you will receive an email with tracking as soon as your parcel is on its way.

United Kingdom

Most single bags cost more than £40, so delivery is free on the majority of orders. If your basket is under £40, adding a second bag will usually cost you less than paying the postage.

International

All international orders are sent from the UK on a standard tracked service. Delivery times vary by destination, and your tracking email will give you an estimate once the parcel is dispatched. Express delivery is not available outside the UK.

Countries we do not currently ship to

We are not shipping to European Union countries at present. If you are ordering from somewhere not listed above, email info@macamfilter.com and we will tell you whether we can help.

Duties and taxes

Prices are charged in the currency shown at checkout. Import duties and local taxes on orders outside the UK are the customer’s responsibility.

Addresses we cannot deliver to

We are unable to deliver to PO boxes or BFPO addresses.
