Washable Miele vacuum bag for Classic C1, Compact and Complete C1-C3 (GN)
Save 15% Working while one bag dries
A washed bag needs a day to air dry before it goes back in the machine. Most people on site keep a second one so they are never waiting. Add any 2 bags to your order and 15% comes off automatically — they do not have to be the same one, so a bag for another machine counts too.

Features
- Three-layer filter fabric: high-strength polyester fleece with an inner microfleece membrane and a non-stick inner face, so dust stays in the bag and empties out cleanly.
- Secure fit: a reinforced collar and seal sit tightly on the inlet, so suction stays strong.
- Bag size: about 20 × 18 × 13 cm. Compare it with your current bag before you order.
What it is for
Everyday dry household dust and dirt from carpets and hard floors. Not for liquids, wet spills, ash, or fine building and plaster dust. Empty it regularly and check your hoover's main filter at the same time.
Macam is an independent brand. This bag is a compatible alternative, not an original part from the machine manufacturer.
Free UK delivery on orders over £40, 4–5 working days. Under £40 it is £3.95. Express 1–2 working days is £4.75.
Add any second bag and 15% comes off the whole order — it does not have to be the same one.
International delivery is charged at a flat rate, so adding a second bag costs nothing extra to ship. Costs are shown at checkout and on our Delivery page.
30-day returns. If the bag is not right, send it back unused within 30 days for a full refund. Return postage is at your cost unless the item is faulty, damaged or not what you ordered, in which case we cover it. Full details on our Returns page.

Empty the bag when it is around three quarters full. Take it out, shake the dust into your waste bin, and refit it. There is no need to wash it every time.
Wash it every 20–30 emptying cycles, or sooner if suction drops off.
How to wash it. Machine wash at 30°C on a cold, gentle cycle at no more than 600 rpm. Do not use detergent, fabric softener or bleach — they clog the fleece and ruin the filtration. Water alone is enough.
Drying. Air dry outdoors or in a well ventilated space until completely dry, usually about a day. Never tumble dry, never iron, and never put it near a radiator or heat gun. Refitting a damp bag will make it smell and can damage your machine.
The bag will take up to 15 washes. After that the fleece stops recovering and it is time for a new one.
Dry household dust and dirt only. Everyday dust, dirt, hair and crumbs from carpets and hard floors.
Never use it for: liquids, wet spills or damp material, ash or anything hot, glowing, burning or flammable, fine building, plaster or cement dust, or toxic dust such as asbestos or lead.
Check the bag before every use. Do not fit it if the fabric is torn, the closure is faulty, or plastic parts are loose or misaligned. A damaged bag lets dust through to your vacuum's motor filter, which cuts suction.
Keep children away from the bag. Do not put it in household waste at the end of its life. Recycle it and the packaging.
